Sørlandet Tall Ship is here!!!
After sailing up the Gulf of St. Lawrence and through the
St. Lawrence Seaway, the oldest full rigged ship in the world - Sørlandet of
Norway arrived in Toronto
port on June 19, 2013 and stayed until June 21, 2013. Just watching Sørlandet
from the Harbourfront, while sun slowly passed its daily voyage towards west -
was breathtaking experience.
Toronto’s
unique urban waterfront looked magnificent while hosting the full fleet of tall
ships and was the best place to get on board and tour, enjoy the music, food,
dance and other great activities all being part of Redpath Waterfront Festival.
